On the nose there are aromas of citrus, as well as honeydew melon and some stone fruit (peach and nectarine). In addition there is a hint of struck match which adds complexity and a flinty minerality. The palate is concentrated with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.

From Rockburn' Parkburn Vineyard in Bannockburn. The nose has subtle notes of lemon, grapefruit and hazelnut. The palate has full texture and fine tension, showing citrus, butterscotch and delicate minerality with a zesty finish.

Vibrant green in colour, the nose is fresh with lime juice cordial, white peach and hints of subtle creamy French oak. The palate is crisp and fresh, lime and honey dew melon linger, intertwined with well integrated oak and defined acidity that gives structure and length.

A snout-smackingly good, weighty and refreshing Chardonnay, with layers of ripe rock melon, toasted almond and a hint of squeezed lemon.

Lifted citrus notes. Pear and lemon butter flavours. Vibrant and restrained, with just a feather dusting of spicy oak and a clean finish with lingering citrus notes. Great with lighter chicken, pasta or seafood dishes, terrific with sushi!

This wine exhibits bright citrus and ripe stone fruit aromas entwined with subtle notes of clove and oak spice. The palate is fresh and vibrant with ripe flavours of juicy peach merged with nutty lees and ginger highlights. The flavours from an intense core with very good depth, lifted with fresh acidity. The flavours carry to a long finish of fruit, and spicy, mealy oak. A fresh and elegant Chardonnay with some depth of stone fruits, nutty lees and oak flavours on a fresh, fine textured palate.

Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.
