Sprig & Fern have unearthed yet another Hidden Gem - this time, it's the experimental hop NZH-112 from the Bract Brewing Programme. Unloaded into their hazy pale ale, it bursts open with fresh citrus peel, ripe peach and a sherbet fizziness. The fruit-forward smorgasbord is rounded out with hints of juicy pear and table grapes. It's exquisitely refreshing, full of flavour, and only available for a limited time!
