Our winemakers first craft beautifully rich red wines matured in traditional wine barrels. Then using our unique double barrel technique, the wine is finished in aged whisky barrels to build additional layers of complexity and an incredibly smooth finish. Double barrel cabernet sauvignon has aromas of vanilla, nuts and varietal cassis with ground spice and leafy notes.

This is a bold, full-bodied wine showcasing fruit from one of Australia's premium wine regions, this wine will reward careful cellaring.

The nose is complex yet harmonious, showing strawberry, charry oak balanced with truffle and earthy notes. Intense strawberry and cherry flavours are complemented by soft tannins and a lovely savoury finish.

Kilikanoon has selected premium parcels of Shiraz fruit from South Australian regions to craft an unassuming wine of upfront character and appeal. Pepper, spicy plums and liquorice infuse the nose, complemented by a subtle smoky French oak note. It is nicely textured and inviting with flavours that carry over superbly from the nose to the palate in a harmonious and persistent blend of succulent ripe cherries, cocoa and classically presented tannins.

A medium bodied Merlot with rich fruit and supple tannins, with a nice touch of mocha and underlying spicy, toasty oak.
