Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.

Made from 100% Central Otago Pinot Noir fruit, lightly pressed to extract just enough colour to deliver the provencal-esque pale pink. This sweet sparkling wine expresses all the aromatic heritage of the Piedmont region. Riccadonna Asti D.O.C.G is a sweet and delicate sparkling wine, but also rigorous in its style. With its bright colour and intense bouquet, it has a floral, fruity and herbal aroma with acacia, white peach, nectarine, sage notes and some tropical hints.

Ruby adds that touch of brilliant red ready to pair any occasion, with the passion and enthusiasm of someone who loves to celebrate every moment. Ruby has fine, numerous, persistent and brilliant red perlage. The colour is deep, intense and limpid ruby red. The aroma is floral, fruit and fresh. You smell a bouquet of roses, fresh grapes must, red and dark berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries).

Fresh and crisp on the palate with a dry finish. The aromas & palate are full of exotic fruits, strawberry and cheery with a hint of spice. The mouth is full and the fruit is persistent and salivating. Serve chilled.

Rockburn Chardonnay leans towards the crisper and lighter end of the spectrum, demanding minimal use of oak. The nose is pure and subtle with elements of wet stone, lemon zest and ripe peach. The palate is full, textural with fine tension, showing lemon meringue, butterscotch and delicate minerality and a zesty finish. A perfect complement to roast chicken, risotto, and seafood.

RUA Pinot Noir has a rich and generous palate, with black cherry, raspberry and plum notes supported by vanilla and classic Central Otago dried herbs. A subtle spiciness adds to the complexity. The silky tannins are well integrated in this fresh and vibrant Central Otago Pinot Noir.

Sandeman Beat is a Port wine with a very fresh and aromatic profile, ideal for serving in cocktails. It is a highly versatile drink, making it suitable for numerous occasions. Bright-looking, citrine coloured wine, with golden nuances. Aroma of good intensity, with a predominance of ripe white fruits, notes of tropical fruit and slightly floral. It is balanced on the palate, with a very well-integrated acidity, with a presence of white fruits and a good harmonious finish.
